BOI, Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office & Office of Product Safety & Standards held the third & final workshop on Pakistan’s Regulators Guidelines on 9th August 2021.
The workshops were organized to apprise about various methods and tools employed by the UK government in implementing an effective regulators code that can support Pakistan in devising its own regulatory guidelines.
Secretary BOI, Ms. Fareena Mazhar thanked FCDO & OPSS for extending technical support for PRMI that is a priority agenda of the current government. She also commended World Bank & IFC – International Finance Corporation for supporting BOI in preparation & finalization of Pak Regulatory Guidelines.
Additional Secretary BOI, Mr. Mukarram Ansari also thanked the teams for their insights. The session concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony for participants of the workshop.
