The BOI team had an engaging warm-up session with Mr. Armando Ruiz, a global expert from Jacobs, Cordova & Associates, as BOI continues its journey toward regulatory excellence. This hands-on training in Business Process Reengineering and Mapping using advanced software will equip the team with international best practices to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with ReMIT, Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, reinforcing our collective efforts to modernize regulations, streamline business operations, and drive impactful reforms, we are taking yet another step towards building a more business-friendly Pakistan.
