BOI is advancing the 1st Ultra Fast-Track regulatory reforms package, now submitted to CCoRR, through follow-up consultations to enhance ease of doing business and ensure a streamlined regulatory environment.

Under the directives of the Honorable Prime Minister, BOI continues its journey toward significant regulatory reforms aimed at enhancing the ease of doing business and fostering sustainable growth.
Follow-up meetings with Ministries/Departments/Organizations are underway to further deliberate on the proposed Regulatory Reforms which are part of the 1st Ultra Fast-Track (UFT) reforms package, ensuring all perspectives are addressed and actionable solutions are refined.
The reform package has been submitted to the Cabinet Committee on Regulatory Reforms (CCoRR) for review and approval, marking a significant step forward in this ongoing process.
Following an inclusive approach, BOI is working toward a more streamlined, transparent, and business-friendly regulatory environment.
