After: The License Form P process is now fully digitized and decentralized, with regional offices authorized to grant approvals, online fee payment systems in place, and real-time application tracking enabled. Redundant requirements such as attested documents and land ownership proofs have been eliminated, while the license validity has been extended to three years to align with international best practices and improve regulatory efficiency.
