Unlisted Companies: Section 151 of Companies Act, 2017 "Record of resolution and meetings"

Description		Unlisted Companies are required to keep record of minutes of meetings and resolutions passed in physical (for 20 years) and electronic form (perpetually) at the registered office. It was proposed that the company shall now be required to retaint he records in physical form for 10 years only and electronic form for perpetuity.
