Unlisted Companies: Section 179 of Companies Act, 2017 "Resolution by directors"

Description		The law required the board resolutions signed by directors or committee of directors shall be as valid and effectual as passed in a meeting, and the resolution will be noted in subsequent board or committee meeting and added to the minutes of meeting. Though it was suggested to eliminate requirement to note in subsequent meeting and record resolution only.
