DescriptionEstablishment of a single national platform for business registration will consolidate Pakistan’s dual registration system by integrating approximately 150,000 partnerships from fragmented, paper-based district-level registries with around 250,000 SECP-registered companies into one unified digital framework. It will eliminate the limitations of district registries by replacing non-digital, non-transparent, and locally confined systems with a centralized and nationally accessible platform, thereby removing barriers that previously trapped small businesses in informal or semi-formal structures.
