DescriptionStreamline and digitize the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval processes at the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) by introducing timelines at each stage of back-office processing, deemed approval within 7 days for IEE and 21 days for EIA (for low-risk projects), direct certificate issuance by the Director General instead of routing through the concerned director (eliminating two processing steps), and integration with the Sindh Business One Stop Shop (SBOSS) for end-to-end online processing.
