Description		Before: Several categories of FX payments primarily relating to import of services and capital transactions required the client to first designate a specific AD with SBP approval before transactions could proceed. This designation process required one-time SBP approval and introduced an additional procedural step that delayed legitimate FX payments, particularly for clients wishing to transact through a different bank or AD without going through a formal change-of-designation process.
