Whereas Meal is importable subject to (i) lmport permit issued by DPP (ii) Phltosanitary Certificate from National Plant Protection Organizatioo (NPPO) ofcountry oforigin and Phytosanitary Cetificate for re-export (if the country of export is other than the country of origin) and (iii) Plant Protection Release Order by DPP.
