| Details | Difficulty | Earlier a transfer deed was required for the transfer of vehicle ownership. Both transferor and transferee had to visit excise office in person to validate the transfer deed. These processes were manual, inefficient, and caused a lot of hassle. |
| Analysis | There was a need to digitalize the process to enhance ease and convenience for the users. | |
| Solution | An online service is introduced in the “MVRS - Organizational Registration for NADRA Biometric Verification” app where users can virtually submit their Nadra Biometric verification receipt issued by any Nadra e-Sahulat center in Pakistan. Now, both parties are no longer required to physically visit the excise office for vehicle transfer. | |
