Fixed Timelines for registration of partnerships

Before: Earlier there were no pre-set timelines for registration of partnerships once the application was filed. The registering partnerships had to wait for registration before subsequent start of operations.

After: The Partnership (Sindh Amendment) Act, 2022 has prescribed the timelines. Now, a partnership business can be registered with the registrar of firms within a short period of 07 working days.
